How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply call the Autoguard Customer Services team on 03432 271 499 BEFORE any repair work begins. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Have your warranty documentation ready and they will guide you through the process.

Can I upgrade my warranty?

Absolutely! We offer upgrade options for 12, 24, and up to 36 months of extended coverage. Contact us directly for a personalised quote based on your vehicle and requirements.

What garages can I use for repairs?

You can choose any VAT registered garage in the UK. The garage will need to contact Autoguard for diagnosis and authorisation before work begins. This ensures a clear audit trail and protects your claim.

Do I need to service my vehicle?

Yes, regular servicing is essential to maintain your warranty. All services must be carried out at a VAT registered garage following the manufacturer recommended intervals. Keep all receipts as proof of service.

What is not covered?

The warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures, but excludes normal wear and tear, consumables like brake pads and tyres, routine maintenance items, and pre-existing faults. Please refer to your warranty documentation for the full terms.

Is roadside assistance included?

Yes! Your warranty includes 24/7 Roadside Assistance and Recovery across the UK mainland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. This covers breakdown repair, recovery, and even onward travel or hotel accommodation if needed.

How long do claims take to process?

Autoguard aims to process claims as quickly as possible. Once the garage provides diagnosis, they will assess and authorise approved repairs promptly to get you back on the road.
